Return / Refund Policy
- Items must be returned in a new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered state, with the original tags still attached, within 20 days.
- This excludes camisa de chinos, accessories, and flower girl dresses, and a copy of the invoice must be included.
- Packages returned after 20 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender at their expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items, but there is no fee for exchanges. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please reach out to us right away after your package arrives. All claims should be made within 3 days.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you need to place a new order online or call us for the new size you want. This will speed up the process, allowing you to receive the exchange item more quickly and ensuring the correct item is sent without any mix-ups. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on Barongs ‘R Us’s part. Occasionally, we may experience backorders, and we will inform you immediately, providing an estimated delivery time if applicable.

Non-refundable items
Items not bought from Barongs R Us, custom and special orders, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer, items with removed tags, and clearance items.
There is no fee for exchanges.
